1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PIPPA ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Alpha Status

PIPPA is currently in alpha. The Service is provided on an "as-is" basis without warranties of any kind. Features may change, break, or be removed without notice. Data created during the alpha period may not be preserved when the Service reaches general availability.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Generate content that is harmful, abusive, harassing, or promotes violence
• Generate content that exploits minors in any way
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service without authorization
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you create using the Service, including text, images, audio, and video (collectively, "User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

You are responsible for ensuring that your User Content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

6. Third-Party AI Services

PIPPA uses third-party AI services to generate content, including but not limited to OpenAI, FAL.ai, and Luma Labs. Your use of PIPPA is also subject to the terms and policies of these third-party providers. Generated content may be subject to content policies enforced by these providers.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, logos, and documentation, is owned by PIPPA and protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you any rights to use our trademarks or branding.

8. Payment & Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly basis. Payments are processed through Stripe. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PIPPA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate material.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
